Condition: Good. 1st Edition. 1st Edition. Rarely seen, five consecutive issues running from January 1941 to May 1941 of the Canadian, Québécois detective magazine. A close cousin to the French (France) "LA MASQUE" Roman Policier series, these magazines include stories written in French originally and French translations from such luminaries as Agatha Christie, Sax Rohmer, and Dorothy Sayers among others. These 5 volumes are in good to very good considering they are printed on pulp paper and over 80 years old, containing some staining and small chips missing from the covers with the price of 10 cents on the cover. First edition, softcover magazine in French (9 ¾ x 7", 25 x 17.5 cm). A scarce piece of Québécois Montréal history.
