Giorgio Lalla è lo pseudonimo usato dall'autore per la sua opera autobiografica, che inizia in un giorno di Agosto del 1986, per poi interrompersi in una ripresa degli avvenimenti più importanti vissuti dal protagonista. Si inizia dalla famiglia numerosa, 5 figli, i primi tre maschi e le altre due femmine, e dalle dinamiche all'interno della stessa, quindi i luoghi cari della sua infanzia e della sua adolescenza, i traumi divertenti vissuti in quel periodo e le esperienze formative. Il rapporto con la parrocchia e con la scuola, i forti legami creati nell'uno e nell'altro ambiente e l'esperienza del campeggio, che lo accompagnerà per 5 anni consecutivi, durante i quali ci saranno le prime pulsioni sessuali, le prime cotte e l'apertura alla vita. Il racconto si ferma volutamente (l'intenzione sarebbe quella di fare un eventuale seguito, già iniziato) in quel giorno di agosto del 1986 da cui era partito il racconto, con il quale si chiude un ciclo, quello definito dallo stesso autore/protagonista "Il primo periodo della mia vita". Il racconto fu scritto dall'autore quando aveva 22 anni e si fermava dopo l'esperienza del secondo campeggio nel 1982. Libro.
