Reprint, reproduced in its entirety, of the 18th century trade-pattern book held in the Victoria & Albert Museum, with 1960 preface by Ralph Edwards (in English and in French). Facsimile of the collections offered 1759 to 1762, marketing akin to Chippendale's Director. 95 plates, each with one with several examples. -- Hardcover, 7.5x10 inches. Condition: good-plus (bottom margins of pages and rear endsheets are damp-stained). -- Cover is bright, binding is tight, and pages otherwise clear.
