Cover boasts an illustration by Virgil Finlay while other 15 pages are reprints of full page editorial type cartoons by the creator of Little Nemo, Winsor McCay, including a centerspread devoted… to some biographical text re: McCay and smaller examples of his other work. No publisher, editor or date data is apparent, but periodical appears to be from late 1960's or early 1970's. Very uncommon! "The Tabloid Magazine of Nostalgia." Scan is cover above the fold.
