THERE YOU'LL MEET Joe Lind, who built a million-dolla…r Eden around his need for other men's wives. Connie Towers, the sex-kitten who wanted her husband to get ahead in the worst way . the very worst way . Ruley Flander, so big, so blonde, so beautiful who could beat most men at their own games, Including the love games.Rachel Hernandex, who became pregnant before Joe Lind could reach her. Peg Lind, Joe's flame-haired wife, who found herself ravished by total strangers. READ -THE DEVELOPMENT. WHERE THE CHOSEN FEW LIVED, LOVED AND LUSTED! READ -THE DEVELOPMENT! THE NAKED NOVEL OF A MODERN PARADISE - AND THE PASSIONS THAT TURNED IT INTO HELL! First paragraph(s): JOB LIND padded to the glass wall of the ranch-style kitchen, his large bare feet making wet tracks on the vinyl tile. Staring at the sun-blasted patio outside, he took a sip of the gimlet. It tasted no better than the screwdriver had, earlier. Drops of moisture clung to his big-boned frame and he wondered if another shower would help. Picking up a pencil from Peg's "reminder" pad beside the refrigerator, he marked off another day on the attached calendar. Much as a prisoner, he thought, his normally aggressive mouth trying stiffly to smile. The date was August fifteenth. In another month the desert would start to cool off. Then he remembered that the old-timers said there was sometimes another blast of heat in October. Paperback Original. Size: 4.25" x 7". 188 pages. Text unmarked. Taschenbuch. Condition: Neu. Neuware - Most people spend lots of time praying, meditating and talking with God. Do we ever think about listening Do we listen to God when he speaks to us Nobody tells us how to do it. Listening takes practice but talking comes easy. We like the way our voice sounds, even when we pray. If we stop t…alking and start listening, God will speak to us. Just think about Samuel and Moses and Noah. Their lives changed dramatically when they listened to God. We should meet God on a regular basis, not only to talk with him but also to listen. 'Be still and know that I am God' (Psalms 46:10). Being still is a key to listening. Being quiet is another. Both takes practice. Our busy lifestyle seems to hurry us along so fast we never have time to be still and be quiet. Many men in biblical times had this same problem, but when they learned to listen, God made amazing changes in their lives. God Speaks We Listen visits some of these men. They can teach us how to listen. God still speaks to us today, if we will only listen.Harry McCoy was born in Charlotte, North Carolina. He served in the United States Marine Corps after high school, and was honorably discharged in 1956. His business experience included industrial chemical sales and management, furniture sales and management, and small business ownership. He is now retired and spends his time serving his church, North Trenholm Baptist Church. Harry has been involved in church activities from an early age. Presently he serves as the weekly lay worship leader at five assisted living facilities in the Columbia, South Carolina area. He has done this for more than fifteen years and also conducts a Bible study involving troubled teen boys and weekly discussions with a men's growth group. Harry and his wife Joan reside in Columbia, South Carolina. They have five adult children, eight grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
