Softcover. Condition: Near Fine. Vol. II, No. 21. Slim quarto. Eleven top-stapled leaves printed rectos only, with a map of the Americas printed on the verso of the final leaf. A bit of edge-nicking else just about fine with an introductory note boxed in red pencil. The note states that, due to the "war emergency," this will be the periodical's final issue. The issue is dedicated to Latin America and the War, with sections titled "Nine States All Out," "Mexican Stand," "In South America," "Problems for Rio," "Defense Program," "Local Politics," and "Argentine Case." Also prints a Latin American news digest (broken down by country), "Things Worth Watching," and a trade and finance brief. The editor, John I.B. McCulloch, was a writer, editor, and linguist who spoke 10 languages; he would later become the president of the English-Speaking Union of the United States, and a Commander of the British Empire.
