Also prints a Latin American news digest (broken down by country), "Things Worth Watching," and a trade and finance brief. The editor, John I.B. McCulloch, was a writer, editor, and linguist who spoke 10 languages; he would later become the president of the English-Speaking Union of the United States, and a Commander of the British Empire.
