Printed on rectos only throughout. With 67 numbered leaves including 10 plans of which two folding, 5 tables, and 7 leaves of captioned monochrome photographic illustrations (two per leaf); plus 3 preliminary leaves comprising Preface and Contents, 8 leaves of section titles, and one full-side monochrome photographic illustration. Narrow tan dampstain along 7cm of upper edge of first leaf (Preface), tan splash-stain of height up to 1cm along 7cm of lower edge of leaf numbered 3, and faint tan stain at lower inner corners of leaves numbered 33-38 & 58-67; in all cases no print affected. Two tables and all plans variably toned towards edges, photographic leaves faintly so. Card wrappers; front (doubling as title-page) titled beneath panoramic photographic view, rear blank and of thicker & stiffer card. Front wrapper lightly toned, with closed tear of length less than 1cm and associated short creases at lower edge; rear rubbed and moderately soiled, bumped at upper edge and lightly so at lower edge. Binding staples rusted, negligible spread of rust pigment. Edges of text-block a little dust-marked. Generally clean and tight. GOOD+ copy.
