This monograph was begun by Meatyard's friend, James Baker Hall, in 1970, and finished after his death in 1972.

A clean near fine copy in black cloth boards with a small bookplate to the front pastedown and in a near fine dust jacket with some very minor wear but with none of the fading to the spine.
