Solida mezza tela finemente granulosa coeva marron con titolo e fregi oro, filetti a secco al dorso e carta finemente granulosa ben coordinata ai piatti. MEYNIER, tra i protagonisti delle sciagurate campagne coloni…ali francesi, liieutenant nel 1899 e ferito durante la ricerca di Voulet durante la sanguinosissima spedizione coloniale della "colonne infernale" del Ciad (con sistemartici inauditi massacri di popolazioni indigene) e ritenurto morto; poi con Joalland nella stessa "missione", poi comandante mitare del territorio delle oasi per costruire strade, poi comandante e ferito a Verdun, poi di nuovo nel territporio delle oasi; nel 1930 organizzatore del "rallye automobile Méditerranée-Nige" sulla strade costruite e fondatore degli "Amis du Sahara".
