The title leaf is not a cancel. 286pp. Frontispiece with tissue guard present, pale yellow endpapers, bound in original brown cloth (A) pictorially stamped in gilt depicting a cluster of grapes to both boards; pictorial spine gilt, faded just a bit; occasional light scattered foxing, more so on endsheets. In all a very handsome copy. BAL 13931.
