Full-Leather. Condition: Very Good. On offer is an original handwritten autograph and memory book approximately one-third full of drawings, poetry, well wishes etc. some sweet and some racy. While not identified save for 'Dear Millicent' in the messages this book comes from the William Umbach Lord estate whose mother was Millicent Lord nee Umbach. One of the messages in the book is signed by 'Lordy' - Ralph E.C. Lord - her future husband. Millicent was a student of the then recently opened Otis School of Art which was a starting point for much of Hollywood's future creative talent. Many notable alumni include Edith Head the famed costumer. A number of notable signatures, some beautiful artwork and a snapshot of the creative times of the time grace this charming book. VG.
