Technic: Lithography, colorit: colored, condition: Some folds smoothed, size (in cm): 30 x 20 cm, Map shows the parade ground Oberwiesenfeld (district of Munich) near Milbertshofen in Bavaria.Oberwiesenfeld is an area in the north of Munich that historically belongs to the districts of Milbertshofen, Nymphenburg, Neuhausen and Schwabing and whose name was first mentioned as Wiesenfeldt in 1792. The site was formerly used as an artillery training ground, parade ground and barracks area, and from 1909 it was also used as an airfield. The northern (and largest) part of Oberwiesenfeld has been home to the Munich Olympic Park since 1972. In the southern part of the Olympic Park are the sports halls, which were built for the 1972 Olympic Games and are still in use today.
