Beautiful collection of these photographs that were published in the hebdomadaires allemands, thanks to Munkacsi's creation of his own reputation in his consecrated reportages, often mentioned in some exotic novels. Starting in 1933, Munkacsi used his energetic style mainly in the cadre of fashion photography, particularly in immortalizing the mannequins practiced on the beach. The photos were finally collected in one single publication, which revolutionized fashion photography with an informal character and great vitality consecrating the reputation of the photographer in New York.
