The image features a photo of the traditional cityscape of Sanaa in Yemen, in orange, brown and beige. The World of Islam Festival (1976) took place with the support of 32 Muslim nations, and was the first of its kind, with exhibitions across the UK. The Nomad & City exhibition, organised by the British Museum and University of Cambridge, recreated a Bedouin encampment and the market at Sana'a, with sections on the market, mosque, public baths, and costume. The accompanying catalogue was authored by R.B. Serjeant among others. This will be sent rolled in a tube.
