Rebound in modern leather retaining original gray front wrapper with black lettering and decorative border. Light yellow endpapers. Atlas with detailed world maps, maps of India and Persia, Asia Minor and Syria, Palestine, Arabia and Egypt, Africa, Greece, Macedonia and Thrace, Italy, Rome and Athens, France, Spain, Great Britain and Ireland, and Germany with parts of Europe, all maps produced in Warsaw, 1824. The lithographers of the maps are J. Herkner (3), W. Sierocinski (2), S. Oleszczynski. (2) and T. L. Vivier (4), three maps not signed. Historical data on the respective areas printed to separate leaves. Text in Latin. Front wrapper reinforced with paper on verso. Light water staining near bottom gutter (4 to 5 x 7"), not affecting maps in major way. Some text pages with some wear to foredges, dusty along foredges with small tears and creasing, not affecting text. Binding in overall fine, interior in good+ to very good+ condition.
