It begins with a look at the life of Saint Anthony the Great, then moves on to portray the lives of Saint Martin of Tours, Saint Augustine, Saint Benedict, and Saint Bernard of Clairvaux. The book also discusses the lives of Saint Dominic and Saint Francis, two important figures in the 13th century. By highlighting the lives of these influential saints, the author provides a unique perspective on the development of Christian thought throughout the Middle Ages. This book is a reproduction of an important historical work, digitally reconstructed using state-of-the-art technology to preserve the original format. In rare cases, an imperfection in the original, such as a blemish or missing page, may be replicated in the book. print-on-demand item.
