Hardcover. Condition: Very Good. Dust Jacket Condition: Good. This 333 pp. indexed book is an uncommon title, and is about Rev. Samuel Thomas Wilson, pioneer educator, the first master of Theology and the first provincial of a religious order in the U.S. A very important book in the realm of American Catholic literature. Some photos interspersed. There is a prior owner's name atop the first blank flyleaf, but otherwise it is unmarked and VERY GOOD ++. The jacket has several major edge chips, as is typical on this SCARCE thin-paper jacket, but it actually presents rather well in a clear archival protector.
