Soft cover. Condition: Good. (California) OLIPHANT, Frederick Harold (1876-1944). Emancipation in State Affairs Assures Prosperity to California. Emancipation League of California, Hollywood. 9"x4", 45pp. Original stiff wrappers. GOOD sturdy copy. Provenance: Library of Congress, with their rubber stamp on the front and rear wrapper. Also included is a carbon copy of the original card catalog card. [++] NO copies in WorldCat. I also can't find anything about the "Emancipation League". I assume that this is a highly indivualized effort seeking "emancipation" of the entire state from the U.S.
