This copy bears the author's facsimile signature "Ollendorff" on the…copyright page, and retains the original 19th-century half-leather binding with marbled boards. Only 2 signed copies exist Ex-libris stamp from Roger Thibau, with reference number. A scarce item in fine bibliophilic condition, especially valuable for collectors of linguistic history, Russian philology, and 19th-century pedagogy. Binding: Contemporary half leather, gilt spine rules, marbled boards. Some rubbing, but tight and well-preserved. Provenance: Ex Libris Roger Thibau (stamped). Signature: Facsimile signature of H. G.
