In Italia, il sistema della previdenza sociale fu istituito nel 1898 con la costituzione della Cassa nazionale di Previdenza la quale era competente in materia di previdenza per l'invalidità e la vecchiaia degli operai. Si trattava di una assicurazione volontaria, finanziata dai contributi pagati dai dipendenti, ed integrata dall'intervento statale e da versamenti volontari dei datori di retribuzione. OTTIMO ESEMPLARE raro, due soli esemplari censiti in ICCU.

Contiene riproduzioni di volantini e fotografie in B/N. Al piatto posteriore uno slogan chiede la liberazione dei militanti.
