Cover rubbed, otherwise in good condition and very clean. - In May 1968, a special exhibition was held to commemorate the 1.200th anniversary of Kasuga Taisha Shrine. The exhibition showcased the shrine's treasures, which had been under state protection since the early Showa period and were largely designated as national treasures and important cultural properties between 1951 and 1956. This event marked the first time these treasures, preserved in their original form for 1200 years, were made accessible to the public. The exhibition aimed to offer visitors a glimpse into the essence of Fujiwara dynasty culture and deepen their understanding of Kasuga Taisha Shrine, according to the Mainichi Shimbun. ja Gewicht in Gramm: 250 Original brochure, 18,5*23,5 cm.
