Outre ces instruments on y trouve des baromètres, des instruments de physique, des machines pneumatiques ou électriques, des pendules astronomiques, des horloges, des montres, etc. La première édition, vers 1750, ne comptait que 29 pages. Celle-ci a été revue et augmentée "par ses élèves et successeurs", qui étaient Ollivier et Nicolet. Elle est illustrée d'une gravure dépliante représentant un microscope composé de type Cuff auquel on a ajouté deux micromètres inventés par Passemant. A la fin : "Table des prix des télescopes de réflexion, & des microscopes de Passemant." Il est très rare de trouver ce petit ouvrage en reliure de l'époque, comme celui-ci. Très bon exemplaire. This edition was revised and enlarged "by his pupils and successors", who were Ollivier et Nicolet. It is illustrated with a fold-out engraving of a compound microscope of the Cuff type, to which two micrometers invented by Passemant have been added.
