Ello ha obligado a la comunidad jurídica integrada por académicos, jueces y juezas, abogados y abogadas litigantes y operadores del sistema a replantearse el diseño, estructura y práctica del proceso referido a la reivindicación judicial de intereses de orden civil. El primer paso ha sido intentar cambiar el foco desde un proceso civil, de suyo centrado en códigos y leyes procesales que apuntan a la regulación de procedimientos, trámites, actuaciones y recursos, por un concepto panóptico y holístico de justicia civil, en el que se consideran ángulos y prismas más amplios y transversales, que van desde el diseño orgánico hasta el sustento ideológico detrás de las normas procesales.
