Side stapled printed card covers, narrow folio (13-3/4 inches tall), pp. Vol. I: v, 201, (202) ; Vol. II: 422, illustrated with maps and tables, one large fold-out map at rear of vol. II. Age toning to edges and a touch of light wear, else unmarked. "The Plan". Containing the official government plans laying out how British Columbia and it's people will get back to work after the war ends. Published in January, 1943 and perhaps just a little premature, with still 2-1/2 years of hard fighting and major campaigns left to go.
