Binding is square and tight, boards show very little signs of wear. There is staining on both paste-downs in consistent patterns that suggest glue transfer stain. No other stains in book. Text block is clean, bright and free for markings. It does have a musty aroma. DJ Good, Unclipped, chipping and small small tears at top edge, and apparent water stain the length of the inside of the dj spine, but no parallel stain on book itself. pp 256 According to Northwestern University's Website Shacter was among the first two women to be granted PhD s in psychology by Northwestern; this occurred in 1932.
