Soft cover. Condition: Good. Good, 44-page pamphlet disbound from Vol. XI, No.XXI of "The Pamphleteer" and resown into cream-colored, heavy-paper wraps. Booklet has age-toned pages and is unmarked save for two, tiny ink lines under the"U" in "Usury" on title page.
