His works reflect a high level of skill in ornamental and topographical illustration, and he was closely associated with national and regional exhibitions in the Netherlands during the mid-19th century. Condition: very good, given age. Light creasing along top edge, minor foxing at top margin, ink and wash bright and well preserved.
