(3) Nos 144/145 bulletin to Queen Auguste in Berlin Gen von Werder had a successful fight near Valeross? & Danjoutin where 800 & 700 prisoners were taken, etc with Kaiser Wilhelm printed name + Bulletin 111 the 17th division pushing the French westwards consisting of 15/16 battalions with 26 artillery pieces, and battle notes. A very worn French poster on the people to NOT use the rivers for floating fir trees, this has much wear printed on flimsy paper and fold lines with holes. An unusual groups of items of military interest on the Franco-Prussian war. RARE, printed on very flimsy paper. This war changed the face of European history and though brief was of immense importance to the future of Europe later on.
