Condition: (Book) - front cover detached but present (front free endpaper and half title page attached to front cover; remaining pages attached to rear cover by single thread; title page and one interior page completely detached but present); the decorated covers and interior pages are themselves in excellent condition; (Slip Case) - the slip case is edge-ragged.

Soft cover. Condition: Fine. First Edition Thus. Two Copies, #210 And #211, Finely Printed In England At The Pelican Press, Each Bound In Different Batik Paper Covers, Signed By Postgate. Each Copy In Its Original Card Slipcase, And All Enclosed In A Box, Half Morocco, Five Bands With Gilt Title At Top And "Pelican Press 1924" At Bottom. Both Copies Are Fine, Slipcases Near Fine With Short Tears At Center Of Open Ends, Clamshell Box Near Fine With A Little Rubbing To The Rear, Cloth-Covered Corners. Signed by Author(s).

A Very Good book in a Fair slipcase. 4to., unpaginated with some pages uncut, limited edition of 250 with this being hand numbered 201 and signed by editor. Bound in publishers batik paper covered boards with stiff wrap slipcase / sleeve. Slipcase spine is worn thru, edges worn, overall soiling with title plate in white on front cover. Spine on book is slightly worn, some toning to end papers, interior clean and unmarked. A lovely copy.
