    Full-Leather. Condition: Fine. Facsimile Edition, limited to 1000 copies, this being number 463, reproduced from the original manuscript in the British Library, printed at the Cambridge University Press on Phoenix Motion Xenon paper. Bound by Smith Settle in full goatskin leather over bevelled boards, blocked with calligraphy by John Andrew with handmaid laid-paper endleaves from the Fabriano Mill. Complete with a 41-page commentary by Andrew Presott. All contained in a Solander Box and in Fine Condition. St Aethelwold was Bishop of Winchester from 963 to 984; his book of ceremonial blessings is one of the most lavishly decorated manuscipts to have survived from Anglo-Saxon England.

Facsimile edition issued in a limitation of 1,000 copies. Produced from the original manuscript held by the British Library and printed by Cambridge University Press on Phoenix Motion Xenon paper. The volume is bound by Smith Settle in full goatskin over bevelled boards, with calligraphic blocking by John Andrew and handmade laid-paper endleaves from the Fabriano Mill. Accompanied by a 41-page commentary by Andrew Prescott and housed in a Solander box. The set is complete and in fine condition throughout. St Æthelwold served as Bishop of Winchester between 963 and 984. His Benedictional is regarded as one of the most richly ornamented manuscripts to survive from Anglo-Saxon England.
