Paperback. Condition: Fair. Atlantic City, NJ: John. A. Clement, 1908. Undated, ca.1908 based on a photo captioned Young's New Pier as well as the fashions of those pictured. Souvenir view book illustrated with black and white photos of people on the beach and the boardwalk, the piers, hotels, life saving station, other landmarks. Oblong softcover, about 7.75 x 9.75 inches, 32 pages. Covers grubby with wear to the extremities, 3 inch diagonal closed tear to front cover, binding sound, quarter inch closed tear to the far bottom margins throughout, first page has soiled margins, pages otherwise clean, no names or other markings. Soft Cover. Fair. Oblong 8vo.
