The Dutch author (1934-2001) was a new age philosopher and mystic who drew comparison with his ideas and that of Jesus, coined the term "Pneumatocracy" - the rule of the spirit in government which combines pollitics with spirituality, was influenced by Hermes Trismegistus and others and the Theosophists.
