The inscription is to the Rabbi's sister and brother in law, wishing they'd live to 120, giving them the book as a gift. A child has written something rudimentary in pencil on the front blank pastedown and also drew a picture of a man and a a woman, the man wears a top hat, the woman a head covering. Inscription by Author on Speci.
