This book is a complete story of Panama, as well as the history, purpose and promise of its world-famous canal- the most gigantic engineering undertaking since the dawn of time. Profusely illustrated by over 600 unique and attractive photographs taken expressly for this book by our special staff. The copyright is held by F.E. (Frank) Wright where he operated as a syndicator and executive manager. He packaged the book's concept, texts, and proprietary images into a final product, then licensed it to the Syndicate Publishing Company to physically print, distribute, and sell globally across their networks in New York, London, and Havana. Wright was the book's chief manager, publishing agent, and legal copyright owner. Willis J. Abbot traveled to write the text, Wright financed, coordinated, and controlled the entire publication layout, which explicitly included managing the book's extensive visual assets and hiring the photographers and artists.
