Two volumes in contempoary leather backed boards, wear at edges, old repairs at corners, some rubbing in spots, very sound overall. Scattered mostly minor foxing throughout, including to the plates, a few minor stains and tears, endpapers stained and with a neat pencil illustration of a boat on the front endpaper; a very good set overall with 201 full page plates and vignette illustrations throughout. 386pp; 390pp, table.
