Title and dedication to Frederick Henry in cartouche in upper right corner: 'SASSA GANDENSIS OBSESSA et EXPUGNATA ab Illmo. Principe FRIDERICO HENRICO [.] ANNO MDCXLIV'.… On banners on both sides a legend to parts in the map numbered 1 to 26 and lettered A to I indicating the fortifications in the landscape. Bottom left a compass rose, scale, and signed: 'Eschel. de 300 [.] N. Renaut Sedannois, Mathematicien.' Used in: Novum ac Magnum Theatrum Urbium, Amsterdam, Joan Blaeu, 1649.
