Softcover, undated (the latest date reference I can find in the text is 1925, but the photograph of an airplane on the back cover seems more like 1935/45 to this untrained eye), 111 pages, plus black-and-white illustrations and a 2-page map; white background of pictorial covers very lightly soiled, ink signature/address on title page, otherwise clean and unmarked, tight in binding although some looseness is starting to develop at spine bottom, two pages have a tiny tear, and the bottom margin corner of one page has been torn away.
