Add to baskethardcover. Condition: Good +. 32mo (approx. 3 3/8" wide by 5 3/8" tall). Red leather spine over marbled boards; hole in spine by title. Illustrated with woodcuts. Some scattered foxing. A series of instructional and moral stories, verses, and catechism for children. Full page inscription on the the front free endpaper from a mot…her to her daughter (top of leaf is clipped). The daughter's name appears to be Harriet A. Littell, and although the date in the inscription is not entirely legible, appears to be 1843. The name is also written on the rear free endpaper: Harriet A. Littell / Her Book / Present from Mrs. _. Religion, Christianity, Children, Moral Tales. Studio.
