Cloth hardcover has many tears, especially at corners, edges, and spine along with other stains and discoloration/fading, and spine is coming detached from… front and back covers. Inside covers have some water damage (as well as first few pages of front matter) and staining. Pages have acid yellowing/browning in margins and occasional foxing elsewhere. Some inserts may be missing, one insert in very poor condition is tucked in inside back cover. We are a Benedictine Abbey and Seminary library in Oregon. We appreciate your support.
