This study of vocal physiology and pathology "combines the results of research and the author's thirty-five years of clinical experience in vocal physio-pathology. Dr. Meano was an Ear, Nose, and Throat Specialist, and a Professor of Vocal Physiology at the G. Verdi Conservatory in Milan, Italy. I've been unable to uncover any biographical information on Ms. Khoury, apart from the fact that in 1967 a corporation called the Adele Khoury Foundation for Performing Arts was registered with the State of California.
