Loder, Christian von (1753 Riga - 1832 Moskau;1778 Professor für Medizin, Anatomie und Chirurgie an der Universität in Jena. 1781 zugleich Oberaufseher des Naturalienkabinetts, Amtsarzt, Weimarischer Hofrat und Leibarzt. 1799 Geh. Hofrat. 1803 Professor für Medizin an der Universität in Halle, zugleich preuß. Geh. Rat. 1808 Leibarzt in Königsberg. 1794 Ehrenmitglied der Akademie der Wissenschaften in Petersburg. 1810 Wirkl. Staatsrat und Leibarzt des Zaren ALEXANDER (mit Wohnsitz in Moskau). Mitglied des medizinischen Reichskollegiums. 1831 Geh. Rat. (L., der 1780-1781 wissenschaftliche Reisen nach Frankreich, England und Holland unternommen hatte, richtete nach seiner Rückkehr 1781 in Jena ein Theatrum anatomicum, eine medizinisch-chirurgische Klinik und eine Entbindungsanstalt ein. 1812 war er in Moskau für die Betreuung der Verwundeten verantwortlich.
