Soft cover. Condition: Very Good. Soviet pamphlet in French that claims West Germany is keeping Europe in a state of tension by asserting sovereignty over West Berlin. The city, the author says, is actually an independent political entity that should be neutral. He also justifies the building of the Berlin Wall, which he calls a "protective measure." Text entirely in French. This pamphlet is rare. OCLC shows only two institutional holdings, at the Universities of Basel and Geneva. None in commerce. RARE. PHYSICAL DETAILS: 16mo (6 1/2 x 4 1/4 inches; 165 x 108 mm), 86, [2] pages, in stapled wrappers. CONDITION: Light edge wear as well as slight toning to wrapper edges. A Very Good or better copy.
