Staplebound magazine. Very scarce early issue of this long-running magazine, published in its original incarnation by Myron Roberts starting in 1958 by Roberts and his wife Estelle in their living room. This issue is #11 and was an experiment they began with going ad free. This issue seems to have a capital punishment theme, with an Albert Camus article entitled "Reflections on the Guillotine" an article about Caryl Chessman by Irwin Moskowitz and a piece written by Chessman entitled "On Revenge." Chessman was executed in April 1960, likely before this issue was printed. vg+ with mailing label, slight toning and small tear near staple.

First Edition. ISN'T THAT JUST LIKE A MAN & OH! WELL! YOU KNOW HOW WOMEN ARE!, Doran, 1920, first edition, 2 tiny tears to the head of the fragile spine panel, else just about fine in a vg+/near fine dust-wrapper with some light dust-soil to the dust-wrapper spine. Signed and dated in the year of publication by Rinehart. Scarce thus. Inexplicably, the title page on the Rinehart contribution reads Hodder & Stoughton while everywhere else (including the copyright page of this title) reads George H. Doran !!!
