Massive tome featuring a month-by-month overview of the war from the perspective of the Navy starting with Pearl Harbor, as well as biographies of Franklin D. Roosevelt, Secretary of the Navy Frank Knox, Under Secretary of the Navy James V. Forrestal, Vice Admiral John S. McCain, and others. Scarce. *OCLC* locates no copies of this particular volume.
