An unusual book produced by Wrights Coal tar soap, and drawn by Constance e Rowlands in the form of 16 illustrations with a caption under each one. It states 'It took nine printings to colour them' and suggests that the children trace them and then colour in their copies, matching the colours as closely as they can. Many of the pictures have animals, , children, fairies/butterflies, mermaids in them. It is a pretty book. ; Oblong 4to 11" - 13" tall.
