Other articles and fiction include part 2 of 6 of Beauty's Daughter, a novel by Kathleen Norris, part 4 of 6 of The Closed Room, a novel by Clarence Budington Kelland, Fellow Citizens, I Love You, poetry by Ogden Nash, The Corn Planting, an article by Sherwood Anderson, Hero Poison, an article on egos and college football by Paul Gallico, The Next Step in the New Deal, an article by Walter Lippmann, Scattergood, an Interesting People feature of Thomas J Neary, Ruralist, an Interesting People feature of Sherwood Anderson, and others. The Stout story is not affected. A flawed copy with a hard to find cornerstone of golden age mystery fiction.

No cutouts or missing pages. A good or better copy of a hard to find example of a cornerstone of golden age mystery fiction.
