When Molly Goodson and her yellow lab took a trip down a creek in East Texas, the trip turns to chaos when a big black snake falls into her canoe. The canoe capsizes and all gear is lost including her paddle. Exhaustion, cold water, wet clothing and a chilly breeze do their work and hypothermia starts to set in. Several miles downstream, David Shepherd and his nine year old son, Matthew have set up camp and plan to do some catfishing and to gather some mayhaws.
