Green with gilt lettering to spines and front covers. Lightly bumped. Laid in are 5 photocopies :the title page and publisher's page, one page containing 2 photographs (re…produced in b&w) and also two pages of the bibliography - all left out at time of publishing it seems. Mild wear else. Receipts laid in with a publisher's letter acknowledging errors at time of publishing, together with a receipt for payment in 1991, well before the book was published. This item is heavy and may attract additional postage. Pictures available on request.
