4to (27x20cm), hardback, xxiv + 2209pp (1104pp in Vol. One). Includes 10 pages of colour illustrations in Vol One. Good condition in wrap around clear covers. Green with gilt lettering to spines and front covers. Lightly bumped. Laid in are 5 photocopies :the title page and publisher's page, one page containing 2 photographs (reproduced in b&w) and also two pages of the bibliography - all left out at time of publishing it seems. Mild wear else. Receipts laid in with a publisher's letter acknowledging errors at time of publishing, together with a receipt for payment in 1991, well before the book was published. This item is heavy and may attract additional postage. Pictures available on request.
