Illustrated with 11 black and white captioned photos, including one of an original oil painting by Kenn Johnson which depicts Scevar's face against the background of Mount Rainier, and several black and white drawings. Stiff flexible red wrappers printed in guilt on the front cover. Just touches of wear to the extremities, edges of text block show some hints of foxing, corners square and flat, all photos and drawings in fine condition, else near fine to fine with no internal markings. Born in Mechanicsburg, OH, Paul Horace Sceva (1890-1979) was a business executive in Tacoma, WA. He was Assistant Merchandise Manager Rhodes Department Store, Tacoma 1917 1923, with Rainier National Park Company Tacoma, as Assistant to the General Manager 1923 to 1928, General Manager 1928 to 1932, and President and General Manager 1932 to 1969. He was former owner of Olympus Hotel and a member of various organizations in the Tacoma area. Sceva Was honored as Distinguished Citizen of the Year by Tacoma Chamber of Commerce. This book is his autobiography and all prophets obtained from the sale of it were given to Jesse Dyslin's Boys Ranch Incorporated, Tacoma Washington.
