Ball is enclosed in a plastic holder attached to a wooden base with a plaque attached that reads:"John Smoltz; 1996 N.L. Cy Young Award; Limited Edition Of 496" Gilt lettering of the plaque still looks crisp. Wooden base has dings and two indents. Smudging to plastic holder.
