Cy Young Award Winner John Smoltz and is limited to an edition of 496." Baseball has the "Rawlings; Official Ball National League Pres." with a replica signature of Leonard S. Coleman Jr. and "Cushio…ned Cork Center RO-N" stamps in black ink. Ball is numbered 222/496 in blue ballpoint on ball. Mr. Smoltz has signed the ball between the red stitching. Ball is enclosed in a plastic holder attached to a wooden base with a plaque attached that reads:"John Smoltz; 1996 N.L. Cy Young Award; Limited Edition Of 496" Gilt lettering of the plaque still looks crisp. Wooden base has dings and two indents. Smudging to plastic holder. Plastic holder has chipping along the top edge and chips missing along the bottom edge. Includes the COA from The Score Board, Incorporated. Signed by Player.
